Situated on a hill, our client’s traditional 1920’s Crocker Highlands home, overlooks a lush canopy of trees through its large paned living room windows. Realizing the first floor's need for a bathroom, we carved out a small powder room using space from their spacious garage.

Inspired by the serene tree view, we anchored our design with a tree motif wallpaper with silver metallic accents. We punctuated the space with traditional fixtures, marble hexagonal floor tiles, and brass and mirrored wall sconces. The wall-mounted sink, a utilitarian choice given the room's dimensions, was dressed up with a custom wood counter and backsplash.
